About the role
Molecule is hiring a CEO Attaché to work directly with its CEO and Commercial Team across biotech, decentralized science, partnerships, and investor relations. The full-time role is globally flexible, with the US preferred and travel required.
Responsibilities
- Keep business-development workstreams moving across pharmaceutical, academic, and biotech partnerships.
- Coordinate investor updates, correspondence, proposals, and preparation for high-priority meetings.
- Build practical pipeline-tracking systems and align deal activity across teams.
- Assess partnership opportunities and represent Molecule in relevant conversations.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a venture-capital fund.
- Commercial judgment, strong organization, and clear written and verbal communication.
- Scientific literacy and a proactive approach to a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
