About the role
Recall Labs is hiring an AI Application Engineer to turn emerging AI research into practical products for evaluation and discovery. The team works remotely across GMT-8 to GMT+1.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize promising AI experiments and build infrastructure for evaluation and A/B testing.
- Ship research-led product features and integrate AI tools into engineering workflows.
- Share useful research and implementation findings with the team.
Requirements
- At least five years of engineering experience and a record of shipping AI products.
- Strong programming skills, experimentation methods, and knowledge of model deployment and inference.
- Familiarity with multiple LLM providers, agent architectures, reasoning systems, and context engineering.
- Clear communication, high ownership, and effective remote collaboration.
