Requirements
• 3+ years product management experience in fintech, crypto exchanges, or trading platforms
• Proven track record shipping complex web software from ideation to launch
• Strong user research, wireframing, metrics tracking, and product requirement writing skills
• Analytical mindset with deep appreciation for user experience and financial workflows
Responsibilities
• Own product roadmap for Wintermute NODE, defining feature priorities and sprint goals
• Conduct interviews with institutional clients and traders to identify UX pain points
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and engineering leads to craft intuitive trading interfaces
• Define and track key product adoption, engagement, and conversion metrics
