Requirements
• 2+ years experience in middle-office operations, trade settlement, or treasury operations
• Strong understanding of fiat wire processing (SWIFT, SEPA, Fedwire) and blockchain transfers
• High attention to detail with zero-error tolerance for high-value financial transfers
• Ability to work efficiently across multi-currency and multi-venue environments
Responsibilities
• Process daily trade settlement instructions for crypto and fiat transactions
• Monitor bank accounts, crypto wallets, and custodian balances to ensure sufficient collateral
• Reconcile trade breaks, investigate settlement delays, and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Assist in building automated settlement reconciliation scripts with internal tech teams
