About the role
Lead Mercuryo’s fraud prevention function, reporting to the Head of AML Operations. This is a full-time role listed as Remote – Cyprus.
Responsibilities
- Lead major fraud investigations and improve detection rules and procedures.
- Manage chargebacks, card scheme exposure and merchant integrity monitoring.
- Develop the team, report risk metrics and work with Product and Engineering on controls.
Requirements
At least eight years in fraud prevention and three years leading a team or function; hands-on investigations, Visa and Mastercard programme knowledge, fraud engines, SQL and dashboards, AML governance and fluent English.
